Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our Facilities Management (FM) and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) procurement teams. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing parts and supplies usage/consumption across the enterprise to identify trends and provide recommendations that will reduce costs, decrease lead times, and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a high-impact role with exposure to leadership, requiring strong analytical skills, expertise in Power BI, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do
? Analyze MRO spend and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier efficiencies
? Track and assess parts and supplies usage trends across the enterprise to optimize procurement strategies
? Research subcontractor procurement-who we are buying from, what we are using, and opportunities for supplier consolidation
? Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to track spend, pricing, and vendor performance
? Support global supply rationalization projects, with a focus on food-related procurement
? Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and procurement teams
? Collaborate with FM Business stakeholders to enhance procurement strategies and drive efficiency

What You Bring
- Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME)-data queries, visualization, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills-ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets
- Excel proficiency-pivot tables, data manipulation, and Power BI data imports
- MRO expertise-familiarity with parts, equipment, and supplier management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-ability to share insights with leadership
- Experience working with MRO companies such as Grainger, McMaster-Carr, Motion Industries, Hoffmans Supply, or HJC
- Background in Facilities Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Analytics
- Open to candidates anywhere in the United States

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years in data analysis or a related field
