What You'll Do

? Analyze MRO spend and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier efficiencies
? Track and assess parts and supplies usage trends across the enterprise to optimize procurement strategies
? Research subcontractor procurement-who we are buying from, what we are using, and opportunities for supplier consolidation
? Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to track spend, pricing, and vendor performance
? Support global supply rationalization projects, with a focus on food-related procurement
? Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and procurement teams
? Collaborate with FM Business stakeholders to enhance procurement strategies and drive efficiency

What You Bring

• Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME)-data queries, visualization, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills-ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets
• Excel proficiency-pivot tables, data manipulation, and Power BI data imports
• MRO expertise-familiarity with parts, equipment, and supplier management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills-ability to share insights with leadership
• Experience working with MRO companies such as Grainger, McMaster-Carr, Motion Industries, Hoffmans Supply, or HJC
• Background in Facilities Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Analytics
• Open to candidates anywhere in the United States

Qualifications & Requirements
