Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Technical Support Managers- OpEx Culinary. This role will be national in scope and support the North American Healthcare Segment.

This is a virtual role with 25%+ travel and can reside anywhere in the United States with proximity to a national airport.

We are seeking a visionary culinary professional to lead projects and ensure brand and program excellence across North America (NORAM). This high-impact role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive site assessments, project mobilization strategies, and operational standards that uphold our brand identity and drive program excellence. The position is critical to ensuring a seamless transition of culinary operations, maintaining consistency, and elevating the client and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of culinary operations and brand stewardship, with a proven track record of delivering results at a high level. Culinary experience in healthcare is not required, but expertise in ensuring operational and programmatic excellence with a culinary background is essential.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the brand steward, ensuring mobilization efforts align with corporate identity and program standards.
  • Lead the creation and execution of mobilization checklists and site assessments for culinary operations across NORAM.
  • Evaluate and standardize equipment condition, cleanliness, labeling, safety practices, and HACCP compliance.
  • Drive adherence to uniform and appearance standards to reflect brand professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mobilization processes and uphold program excellence.
  • Provide high-level insights and recommendations to enhance operational consistency and scalability.
