We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Design Specialist - Remote

Principal Function:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerPoint, proficiency in InDesign, and a knack for strategic and creative thinking to enhance visual storytelling. This role requires a service-minded approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization, including Marketing, Growth and Retention, Operations, Culinary, HR, and more. The successful candidate will be adept at balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Growth & Retention, Operations, HR and other teams to build and deliver thoughtful, compelling presentations for new and current clients and internal audiences.
- Consistently manage and enhance our repository of client-facing materials (e.g. case studies, capabilities decks, responses to commonly asked RFP questions, and photography/video library).
- Design materials to communicate complex ideas in a clear and visually engaging way.
- Utilize InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat to design and produce graphic elements for presentations and other materials as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic and creative approaches to enhance visual storytelling and improve the impact of presentations and proposals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Must be able to prioritize projects based upon importance and timing.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for creating effective presentations and proposals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in presentation design and visual storytelling.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role and/or relevant industry, preferably foodservice or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills and creative use of the platform.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat for graphic design tasks.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with a focus on visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-minded approach to working with others.
- Ability and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Travel required in this position (~ 10%)
