This Retail Operations Manager role, at this long-term Blue-Chip account, offers an exciting opportunity to drive retail success and expand sales in a setting that values innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail food service operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the team to implement marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Mentor and train staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with hospital leadership to align retail operations with the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- A background in food service, withSodexo experience or healthcare experience as a plus.
- Strong marketing and sales acumen, with the ability to drive gross sales and identify growth opportunities.
