Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3for Riverside Community Hospital located in Riverside, CA. Riverside Community Hospital is a 500-bed teaching hospital providing a full range of advanced treatment options including the da Vinci® Robotic surgery program; Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery, Level III NICU, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and a state-of-the-art emergency care system.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
