Reporting to the General Manager, this Food Retail / Concessions Manager will provide leadership for up to 30 employees for multiple Food Concepts/Venues and for Concessions, and will assure that our student, faculty and staff receive top notch customer service in their dining choices. The Retail Manager will be responsible for scheduling and training the employees, cash handling, and ordering/inventory.

The successful candidate will:
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly-paid), staff;
- provide stellar customer service;
- oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;
- ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed;
- maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands);
- manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations;
- ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place; and
- maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- 2-3 years supervisory background in large or multiple food concepts and/or concessions;
- possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service; and
- working knowledge (or ability to learn) of automated food inventory, ordering management systems as well as menu graphics programs.
