Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to oversee high-volume retail food operations at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA generating $100K+ in weekly sales. This role manages a diverse team of 40 employees across multiple outlets, including a main cafeteria, two bistros, a brand-new "We Proudly Brew" café, sushi, and other retail concepts.

What You Bring

  • Retail food service management experience (hospital setting a plus).
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage a diverse workforce.
  • ServSafe certification and expertise in food safety.
  • Experience with cash handling and financial accountability.
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of days/evenings, including every other weekend.
