Sodexo is seeking a customer focused Food Retail Manager 2 for Colorado Mesa University, located in beautiful and vibrant Grand Junction, Colorado. What You'll Do
- have oversight of day-to-day for multiple food retail operations, working through supervisors
- deliver high quality food safety, food service, and excellent customer service
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- ensure food and labor costs and all cash handling and POS systems
- create a positive and welcoming environment for students and employees

What You Bring
- have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- have 2-3 years food service experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- proven track record for managing multiple priorities, demonstrating professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
