What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage daily retail food service operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Lead and supervise a team of union employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage and oversee heavy-duty cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with the Client Executive and other leadership to align retail operations with Sodexo's standards and client expectations.

What You Bring
- Previous experience in retail food service management, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume setting.
- Strong background in cash handling and financial accountability.
- Experience managing union employees is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
