Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2for Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenburg. LVH Muhlenberg is 195 bed hospital centrally located in the Lehigh Valley, providing convenient access to emergency or planned care whether you live in Bethlehem, Catasauqua, Northampton, Nazareth, Easton or beyond. Just a short drive away from the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA.
This Retail Manager 2 will have direct oversight of all retail dining operations. Supporting a team of 10 Sodexo frontline associates this position will responsible for all aspects of food operations, food safety and employee engagement.

- has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

- can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
