Location: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor located at Jacob's Pillow in Becket, MA.

Principal Function:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for keeping our front of house operations and team working efficiently. Every day, you come in ready to work and help others. As soon as our guests walk through our doors, they receive a warm welcome from you and your team. Your excellent hospitality and communication skills shine through as you train employees and make sure that our loyal customers are receiving the best customer service possible. As needed, you follow up and resolve any issues with guests in a timely manner.
In addition, you work as a shift leader where you help to organize and delegate tasks. When needed, you are ready and willing to cover any position in order to help things run smoothly. As part of our dining management team, you are also responsible for ensuring that all standards for safety, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained by all restaurant employees. You enjoy helping create the best experience for our customers!
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification or Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM) training or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver in tight quarters
Other Requirements:
- Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
