Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced, high-energy Resident District Manager to lead dining services at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. This role oversees up to a $20M operation, managing over 200 employees in a unionized environment across a range of dining, retail, and catering services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, innovative leader focused on delivering high-quality service and enhancing student and customer engagement, while aligning with client goals. What You'll Do
- Lead a large-scale, multi-unit dining operation with strategic vision

- 5+ years of consecutive experience managing high-volume food service operations
- Expertise in P&L management and delivering financial accountability
- Proven leadership in complex environments with diverse teams
- Strong focus on food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
