Sodexo is seeking a Regional Facilities Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance services to support our client for approximately 25 leased offices across the North America region. This seasoned facilities professional should possess the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators to drive strong business results.

This position is REMOTE and offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday work schedule.

- Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations and reliability of client's facilities and general infrastructure systems.
- Support account wide initiatives such as compliance reviews, audits, training programs and other initiatives as appropriate, through driving implementation at a portfolio level.
- Manage the delivery of facilities services to the regional portfolio in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity.
- Drive initiatives such as savings programs, benchmarking, best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitors the safety and accessibility of the client facilities. Serves as the point of contact for the department for code (e.g. ADA, Fire Life Safety) compliance issues, accessibility improvement projects, and/or other code related issues
- Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance processes and programs and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work internally or by subcontractors
- Travel to leasing site to meet with Site leaders, directors and client to discuss initiatives and continuous improvement processes
- Align with facilities leadership team as a manager and act in a manager capacity for anything at the site/s within your region

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
