Sodexo is seeking an Part Time Environmental Service Manager 1 for Roswell Park Cancer Institute, located in Buffalo New York. This is a 142 beds facility with client paid union staff. This is a day shift position, with some weekends and holidays.

We are looking for candidates who can:
- Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
- Interact with patients and the staff
- Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
- Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
- Strong management skills, preferably in health care
- Strong team building and employee engagement skills
- Strong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employees
- Strong drive to make things happen
- Knowledge of best practices in Patient safety

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experience within functional area or project management
