What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate various culinary projects, ensuring they run smoothly from initiation to completion.
- Lead the testing and development of new recipes, collaborating with the culinary team to refine processes and improve results.
- Work closely with product developers and chefs to create and test heating/cooking instructions for new food products.
- Organize and manage tastings, including setup and breakdown, to gather valuable feedback on recipes and products.
- Maintain detailed records of tests, results, and feedback, ensuring all information is accurately documented and accessible.

What You Bring
- Proven experience managing projects, especially in a culinary or food-related setting, with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A strong background in food preparation, recipe development, and cooking techniques to effectively oversee recipe testing and development.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including chefs, product developers, and external vendors.
- High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting testing results and ensuring accuracy in cooking instructions and recipe specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
