Sodexo Live is seeking a Project Manager - Hospitality with extensive project or change management experience, a strong background in food and beverage operations, and the ability to lead and influence teams in complex environments.

Location: This position is Remote and will require travel up to 40% based on business needs.

Job Overview:

The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the Planning, Implementation and Execution of all assigned projects. In conjunction with Strategic Growth, HSG Strategic Hospitality and the local operations team, the Project Manager will develop a detailed plan including: Scope of work, Capital plan, Timeline, and Communications Plan. Once the plans has been approved on all levels, the Project Manager will move forward with the project ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged, budgets and timelines maintained, and overall project quality is met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of new business openings, transitions, and special events.
  • Ensure successful mobilizations by managing timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide high-level oversight of food and beverage services to enhance the food experience for guest.
  • The capacity to develop and execute a communications plan that captures the needs of all stakeholders in critical.
  • Develop strong relationships with Clients and Client's Operations Teams, Sodexo Live! Leadership, Operations Teams, and SEM's and Support Teams, Vendors and Contractors, Federal, State and Municipal Authorities
  1. Experience & Skills:
  • Extensive project management skills in a related or parallel field of at least 5 years.
  • Operational Management Experience in Sports and Leisure of 5 years
  • The position involves diverse tasks from project management to client relations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic engagements.
  • The role requires strategic thinking and leadership, providing a platform to drive innovations and operational improvements.
  • Financial acumen related to budget creation, projection and maintenance.
  • Fully functional with Microsoft Office systems: Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Smartsheet.
  • Working knowledge with Blue Beam is a plus.
  • Working knowledge with Auto Quotes is a plus.
  • This position requires extensive maintenance of electronic files and data. The consistent and correct processing of information is mandatory


  • Travel Requirements: The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (minimum of 30%-40%)
