The Project Manager will provide support to our GSK Portfolio in Corporate Services with direct focus on site operations in Rockville, Maryland. This position will focus on streamlining current facilities software systems, support project-based facilities operations, standardizing solutions across the systems, client asset initiatives, and creating action and communication surrounding solutions with key stakeholders.

- Have the ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, and generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem.
- Provide expertise in the support of generating business processes to support unit by optimizing workflow to maximize data capture for asset life cycle management, data integrity, labor management and materials tracking and cost capture.
- Support leadership by managing quality of services and customer experience to continuously drive client partnerships and processes.
- Provide regularly scheduled auditing of system operations for reporting negative trending and to supply tools and resources that promote continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of Maximo CMMS and other FM Information Systems that gain efficiencies and productivity as relates to asset management and FM strategy.
- Address problems that appear to arise from use of the data networks by scheduling and providing appropriate level of support required to resolve the problem.
- Retrieve, analyze data, and develop reports from Computerized Maintenance Management Services
- Develop master data configuration plan
- Support the development and roll out of various software training modules
- Manage decommission of site assets and onboarding of new sites
- Vendor and Contract Management

What You Bring
- A proven track record and understanding of Facilities Management principles and technical experience
- Worked in a 3rd party IFM outsourced model
- A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced situations, embrace ambiguity and change, and quickly get up to speed on complex issues
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills, and
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
