The Good Eating Company is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Food Service based out of the following areas - Washington DC, Raleigh, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia. In this role you will be responsible for full scale project management (launch to implementation) for a leading tech client. Initial projects will include renovations, vendor set up, mobilization, coordinating logics, permitting and client relations.

We are looking for an optimistic, high energy, self-motivated individual who can influence others to successfully utilize The Good Eating Company tools and systems to drive value for our clients and teams. Our ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills and demonstrated success in implementation and management of Food Management systems, procurement and inventory systems and retail and POS systems. Project management experience is needed for this role and project management certification is a plus.

30%-50% travel is required.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Coordinates and executes activities for the Good Eating Company and client projects and assigned client specific programs to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished. Ensures projects are implemented according to requirements and timelines. Serves as the project leader and keeps all departments associated with the project up to date on project status and potential issues.

This position will be responsible for and must be able to:

  • Ability to manage/lead projects and possesses the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Manage defined project scope for reconstruction, installation of new equipment, and other project logistics
  • Ensures project documentation and communication to client relationship owners and/or other departments associated with the project
  • Support general project schedules and activities
  • Enhance departmental and organizational service standards and processes by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value
  • Develop strong working relationships with our teams, with the goal of continuously enhancing the customer experience and understanding the customer/client needs

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
