Sodexo is seeking a passionate Patient Services Manager 2 for Methodist Hospital Metropolitan, a 378-bed hospital committed to providing the highest-level of patient satisfaction located in San Antonio, TX.

As the Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the patient dining program prioritizing patient satisfaction in addition to supporting retail operations. The successful candidate will ensure food quality, daily patient meal rounding, and demonstrate professional communication skills with a passion for creating a positive patient and guest experience.   • perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;
  • exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
