We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Services Manager 2 to join our team at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, a 550-bed state-of-the-art facility in Jamaica, NY.

The Patient Services Manager 2 will report to the Food Service General Manager and oversee a team of up to 70 client employees in a union environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of patient services, including purchasing, ordering, supporting the patient tray line, patient rounding, and staff scheduling.

The successful candidate in this role will have:

  • 2+ years' experience managing a team in a union environment
  • experience in healthcare settings is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
