Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager for UMass Memorial Healthcare - University Campus, located in Worcester, MA. This facility is a fast pace, high volume Food Services department focused on achieving patient satisfaction. The team is committed to employee engagement, increased collaboration with patient care units. In this role, you will interact with other healthcare professionals to improve the patient experience.

The successful candidate will:

  • manage rounding with existing patients, families, and nursing staff
  • provide behavioral training and skills development to department and hospital teams
  • collaborate with hospital clinical and administrative leadership
  • handle the collecting, organizing, and trending of data
  • report findings to both Nutrition Services and interdisciplinary teams
  • networking with other hospitals to identify best practices
