Sodexo is seeking an Multi-Service ExPress Manager 1 for Day Kimbell Healthcare, located in Putnam, Connecticut. This is a 104 bed facility. In this role you will be responsible for the Environmental Service Department and Patient Transport. The staff are all on the client payroll. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday. This position reports directly to a General Manager on-site. Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills.

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and the staff
• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
• Strong management skills, preferably in health care
