What You'll Do: A Media Laboratory Technician works in Research and Development (R&D) and Quality Assurance (QA) microbiology labs under the direct supervision of the Lead or Manager of the Sodexo Lab Services Department. The Media Laboratory Technician prepares all media, sterilizes media and equipment for requests received, and maintains the labs in a clean and orderly manner.
Responsibilities may include:
- Growth Promotion Quality (GPQ) testing
- Water testing
- Inventory and ordering of media supplies
- Sterilities/Quality Control
