Sodexo is seeking an integration Architect III
This is a remote role with the selected candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone Hours
The Integration Architect III is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing enterprise data integration architectures. This senior role involves creating scalable and reusable data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow across various business applications and systems. The Integration Architect III works closely with stakeholders, provides technical mentorship, and defines best practices for data integration and governance.

What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize reusable and scalable data pipelines using Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI), Microsoft Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Manage structured and unstructured data integrations utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Azure Data Lakes.
- Oversee the development of ETL workflows with Informatica PowerCenter, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
- Define and enforce integration architecture standards, best practices, and security policies.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex data integration challenges, working across multiple teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align integration strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for API-based integrations, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in data integration.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI), Microsoft Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DB.
- Proven expertise in developing and optimizing ETL workflows with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong understanding of data lake architectures, cloud-based data integration, and best practices in data security and governance.
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, event-driven architectures, and streaming data solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience implementing data integration strategies in large-scale enterprise environments is a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data integration solutions is a plus
- Certifications in Azure or Informatica technologies are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural decisions is a plus
