Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a GM/Chef Manager to join our team at Park 37 a Multi-Tennant Building located in Greenville SC with a MV of 400K. The current food landscape consists of 1 corporate cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, a Starbucks Bistro and Catering Operations. The GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 onsite and the Executive Chef.

Incentives

M-F 6am to 4pm, no evenings or weekends

  • Manage the Budget/Finances
  • Manage the client relationship
  • Hands on about 60% of the time
  • Menu planning
  • Ordering
  • Inventory
  • Leading and developing a team of 2 hourly employees
  • Catering production

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
