What You'll Do

  • Menu planning and food management (ordering, preparation, inventory, and storage).
  • Cost control, including food and labor costs.
  • Team management of 2 hourly employees, with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards (like HACCP).
  • Client engagement and ensuring client satisfaction.
