What You'll Do
- Menu planning and food management (ordering, preparation, inventory, and storage).
- Cost control, including food and labor costs.
- Team management of 2 hourly employees, with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards (like HACCP).
- Client engagement and ensuring client satisfaction.
