Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services/Custodial General Manager 4 for the Toledo, OH area.
The General Manager 4 must have a proven track record of driving outcomes in a complex business environment supporting Environmental Services and/or food operations. Additional qualifications include strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

What You'll Do
- provide exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

- Experience in environmental services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.
- Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
- Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Ability to build and develop a strong team
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
- Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
- Financial and creative problem-solving acumen
- A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- Experience managing multiple priorities, demonstrating professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of work experience in housekeeping or custodial services
