Role Overview
Sodexo Health Care has an exciting career opportunity for a General Manager 4-Food (Registered Dietitian) to lead our team in providing best in class food and nutrition services at Community Memorial, a 28-bed critical access hospital and provide oversight to (Crouse Community Center), a 120-bed nursing home, in Hamilton, NY.
Must have 4+ years General Manager experience and be a NY Licensed Registered Dietitian
The General Manager 4-Food (Registered Dietitian) will lead our team in delivering best in class food and nutrition services for patient dining, retail café and catering services. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to exceed Sodexo standards of operations and audit performance.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities will include:
- HR functions
- managing a team of 50 front-line staff
- managing a union environment
- assessing the patients' nutritional needs
- outpatient clinical education
- scheduling
- direct client interaction
- working with budgets/financial reporting,
- strategic planning, training and development,
- cash management,
- inventory control,
- developing and maintaining positive client relationships,

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- New York Professional Registered Dietitian License
- knowledge of regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission, local and state) is required
- have a passion for promoting Health, Wellness & Sustainability
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- at least 4+ years lead management experience in Food services, kitchen management
- a strong financial acumen,
- proven success in driving patient, customer and client satisfaction
- a solid working knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- excellent leadership and communication skills
program and food service also oversee 2 adult day care programs-mostly clinical nutrition on oversight of food service

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
