Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery General Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Jacksonville NAS Commissary located in Jacksonville, FL. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

  • manage frontline staff;
  • oversee deli / bakery operations;
  • ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
  • foversee rontline training programs, and/or
  • daily operation standards.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
