Our successful candidate will have BOTH Food and Custodial management experience including a nutrition background, with a special focus on special sports diets, and a demonstrated history of excellent EVS and custodial satisfaction ratings. Expertise in staying organized, focusing on sports nutrition and a strong sense of customer service are mission critical to success in the role.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have high-profile Professional Sports Team experience
- Are bilingual Spanish-English
- Are proficient with computers, KRONOS and other technology
- Have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
- Are leaders who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of housekeeping systems
- Are experts in building and maintain strong customer, player and client relationships
- Have 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a hospital environment
- Can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management
