Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a GM2 - Multi-Service for it's operations at Good Samaritan Society, a senior facility in Kissimmee, FL. This is a 167 Resident Long-Term Care and Rehab Community located within this gated community surrounded by the beautiful Florida landscape. The GM2-Multi offers operational guidance and support to the Food, Environmental Services, Custodial and Maintenance Team. Bilingual candidates an added plus!

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of all food, housekeeping and laundry, custodial and maintenance operations;
  • develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
  • be responsible for driving resident satisfaction scores;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for resident, visitors and staff; and/or
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring

  • are an experts in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships;
  • have a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • possess strong leadership skills and can work independently drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
  • have experience in custodial and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a senior living environment;
  • are proficient with computers and other technology; and/or
  • have strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years
