Sodexo is seeking an General Manager 2 for RWJBH-NBI- Children of New Jersey, located in Newark New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility. In this role you will be responsible for the Certified Nursing Assistance, which are on the client payroll. This is a day shift position, with some weekends and holidays. This experienced individual with have the opportunity to work in the Healthcare system's flagship account along with a seasoned team in a long-term Sodexo Account.

We are looking for candidates who can:

• Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
• Interact with patients and the staff
• Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
• Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong management skills, preferably in health care

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
