Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Director for Aria Health in Langhorne, PA. The Jefferson Bucks campus is a 96 bed acute care hospital within the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital enterprise. Sodexo supports a full service account at this location. This role will be responsible for managing this custodial team of 30 employees and a managed volume of $1.3M. Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is required, must be results driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture.

What You Bring
- have experience leading and managing a housekeeping team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers;
- have experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment is preferred;
- are results and safety driven;
- have experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards;
- have 5+ years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience in a hospital or senior living environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
