What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the largest Student Dining Hall on campus, serving from 5,000 - 6,000 meals a day
- Ensure dining stations are full, presentation, temps, safety are maintained
- Manage supervisors and 30 Union Employees - training, scheduling, payroll, safety
- Ensure a welcoming environment for students
- create a positive working and dining environment; and ensure Sodexo standards are maintained

What You Bring
- 2 - 4 years High volume Campus Dining experience from a large university, HBCU background a plus
- Strong employee engagement leadership skills and a passion for customer service
- Experience with hiring, training, developing a large food service staff - Union experience a plus
- Some culinary experience, understanding of Dietary Restrictions / Options
- Manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
