What You'll Do

• have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary;
• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
• control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
• ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in high-volume food service management within college, university, or campus dining settings
• Proven ability to train, lead, and manage service personnel; union experience preferred
• Skilled in utilizing food and labor management systems to optimize efficiency
• Expertise in overseeing contract dining operations, ensuring compliance and quality service
• Strong foundation in culinary operations and kitchen management
• Knowledgeable in food safety and physical safety programs to maintain high standards
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
