Sodexo is seeking a Food ServicesManager 3 for South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota.Brookings, less than 60 miles from Sioux Falls, is far from average. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this Food Services Manager will oversee various food retail venues, support the marketing team with marketing and execution of weekly events/specials, Limited time offers, and engaging with the students to create a welcoming dining experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage supervisors and employees - training, scheduling, payroll, safety;
- Ensure a welcoming environment for students, be out on the floor during peak meal times;
- Create a positive working and dining environment; and ensure Sodexo standards are maintained; and
- Create welcoming environment, offering special events/theme nights/ Daily Specials/Limited time offers.

What You Bring
- 2 - 4 years High volume Campus Dining experience from a large university;
- Strong employee engagement and a passion for customer service;
- Experience with hiring, training, developing a large food service staff;
- Understanding of foor retail and branded concepts and how to develop marketing ideas; and
- Manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
