Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to support our dining services at Lourdes Noreen Mckeen in West Palm Beach, FL. This luxury, waterfront senior living community offers a full-service setting that gives residents a comfortable and quality lifestyle with both independent or assisted living accommodations.
What You'll Do
- use your innovation, creativity and skill to lead both FOH and BOH operations;
- oversee the dining experience for the residents in several venues, with a strong focus on catering;
- be able to work a typical schedule will be 10:00am - 7:00pm, with a weekend rotation every 3rd week.

What You Bring
- food production, catering and retail management experience, preferably in senior living or upscale hotel or restaurant setting;
- strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop employees;
- working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance;
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service.
