Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital,located in Methuen, MA. The manager oversees the foodservice operation at this location, overseeing a team of hourly and supvervisory employees. The hours for this role may involve some rotating shifts as well as rotating weekend coverage.
Holy Family Hospital is a 310-bed full service, acute care hospital with two campuses located in Methuen and Haverhill, Massachusetts. Both locations provide comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatients, and 24.7 emergency services, including eICUs, behavioral health units, cardiac telemetry and critical care service lines.

The successful candidate will:
- lead a team of hourly employees by delegating, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring daily operations in the kitchen and cafe areas
- oversee the Retail area
- manage menu development
- reconcile all financials such as floor stocks, catering, meal counts, customer count, retail revenue
- effectively schedule staff to meet business needs

- previous food service (restaurant, hospitality) and/or healthcare experience
- working knowledge of ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
