The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food facility, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service. What You'll Do
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 employees, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance management.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and ensure accurate stock control to meet production demands.
- Zero Harm Mindset: Promote a culture of safety and zero harm, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies, utilizing data and metrics to identify areas for enhancement.

What You Bring
- Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent inventory management and ordering skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
