Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring our Food Operations Manager to support our K-12 education National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs in our community of 13 campuses in Phoenix, AZ ~ across a100 mile radius. Our successful candidate is HIGHLY experienced managing the NSLP, with excellent computer and analytical skills. Our leader will manage a team of 60 dedicated frontline hourly team members. This role will enjoy a 52-week paycheck, a K-12 schedule with extensive benefits and have a demonstrated history of operational expertise managing the K-12 education NSLP and NSBP programs.

What You'll Do
- Manage successful nutrition audits
- Manage Primero Edge software tool for each account (40-50% of job)
- Record Daily Production Records and Manage Arizona Department Of Education

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
