- Develop and execute innovative bar concepts and beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.
- Lead a team of talented bartenders and catering staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering menus and beverage offerings based on specific preferences and requirements.
- Maintain inventory control and cost management to optimize profitability while delivering quality service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on bar operations and high-touch catering.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of current trends in the hospitality industry, particularly in bar concepts and beverage trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
