Sodexo is seeking a Marketing Specialist for Howard University located in Washington, DC.
In this role, the Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of strategic segment marketing plans as the subject-matter expert on campus. Develop the strategic marketing plans in alignment with a standardized business planning model and support the deployment and ongoing evolution of additional resources and programs within the unit while driving brand recognition and standards.

The Marketing Specialist will create content, lead marketing campaigns for dining services operations, and campus content to accelerate and improve engagement for students and client leadership. Will monitor competitors, client activity, associations, etc, and maintain new business revenue for the regional sales teams through the development and execution of lead generation campaigns, sales, promotions, and initiatives. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans in alignment with standardized business planning models (initiative planning, resource readiness, deployment, measurement).

- best-in-class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience;

- the ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload; and/or contract food services experience (preferred).
