Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Management Product Line Delivery Manager

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Standard time zone and able to accommodate European time zone meetings.

The successful candidate will:

  • Define and Articulate Product Vision: Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Champion User Needs: Advocate for the needs of key end-users, ensuring that the product meets their requirements and delivers value.
  • Foster Product Culture: Create a product culture that is centered around innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Measure and Analyze Product Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Strategic Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the long-term business strategy.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential obstacles and challenges, developing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
  • Agile Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs.
  • Own the FM (Field Service Lightning, Experience Cloud for FM) IT product.
  • Ensure the product fully meets user expectations.
  • Lead the iterative development of the solution (design, configuration, development, deployment and support)
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Manage product backlog, plan iterations, and create user stories.
  • Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize epics, features, stories, and themes to align with product strategy and maximize value.
  • Own the delivery of the product/solution.
  • Contribute to and align with the Global Platform strategy.
  • Drive consensus among stakeholders and make informed decisions about product features and priorities.
  • Prioritize the use of Salesforce Field Service Lightning's standard features to reduce customization
  • Translate the product vision into technical deliverables. Provide technical expertise to assess task complexity and suggest optimal solutions.

  • Is this the right opportunity for you? We are seeking candidates that have/are:

    • Education: Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
    • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Product Manager.
    • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies including certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Experience Cloud certification is a plus.
    • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Product Development: Strong Understanding of traditional product development lifecycles
