What You'll Do
- Provide strong strategic level Facilities Operations leadership while working with the clients on all matters relating to contract and account operations to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship
- Manage day to day responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and developing the team, providing overall planning, strategic facilities innovation and implementation, achieving operations and financial goals and providing direction and guidance to the facilities team.
- IFM operations include Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Repair, Project Management, Environmental Services, Grounds and Landscaping

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
