We seek an innovative and experienced Chef de Cuisine to collaborate with our new yet-to-be-announced Celebrity Chef and Culinary Ambassador. TheChef de Cuisine will assist in the creation, launch, and operation of an inspiring new restaurant set to open in the next year in Mid-Town East in New York City. The Chef de Cuisine is a hands-on role that will focus on fresh ingredients. We are obsessed with local products, scratch cooking, great food, and being best in class.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring impeccable culinary standards
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional plates
- Manage menu development, incorporating seasonal and innovative dishes
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
- Oversee inventory management and liaise with purchasing teams for optimal stock control
- Collaborate with senior management to refine operations and guest experiences
- Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
