Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef for our high profile client in Columbus, OH. The Executive Chef will have culinary oversight. Services provided at the locations consist of cafe, catering, Micro Markets, and office coffee.
We are looking for candidates who will:
- Responsible for Culinary menu design, recipe development, and recipe audits
- Support Procurement team in raw material sourcing as needed
- Implements & coordinates the culinary function
- Conduct training sessions to review recipe execution with Kitchen staff including Senior Cooks, prep cooks & utility workers
- Ensures food preparation & production meets operational standards
- Manages Catering program including menu development, food cost, recipe vetting, etc.
- Manage Customer & Client satisfaction, feedback and relay information to Culinary leadership
- Financial management to include food cost & menu management
- Supports in managing food & physical safety programs
- Support with Culinary Operational Production as needed
- Additional support will be provided across production and fulfillment planning teams and additional support as the Culinary Ops Leader communicates

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
