What You'll Do
- Lead a high-level catering culinary team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support as needed.
- Develop and execute scratch-cooked menus that meet contract requirements and food cost targets.
- Bring artistic culinary flair to impress top-tier clients, while driving innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends, ensuring menus are fresh, on-trend, and competitive with industry standards.
- Create sustainable, health-focused menus that align with current dietary trends and client preferences.
- Mentor and inspire kitchen staff, elevating their skills and ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

- Demonstrated knowledge in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the technical aspects of catering.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse and talented catering staff.
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, and coordinate multiple events.
- A systems-based approach to meet and exceed each event's unique requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
