Sodexo Corporate Services has an exciting Executive Chef opportunity at a high profile client account in Boston, MA!
The Executive Chef will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the day-to-day commissary culinary operation, managing and overseeing the entire BOH team at this site, The Executive Chef will be directing and elevating the food offering and bringing innovation and creativity where needed. Must be a strong leader, organized, driven towards success, think-on-your-feet, implement strategies and solutions, and ability to develop our culinary staff. The ideal candidate will have strong commissary kitchen or catering experience.

- Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including; main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking
- Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
- Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
- Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
- Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
