What You'll Do
- Manage purchasing, inventory, menu compliance, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
- Display exceptional culinary expertise across a wide range of cuisines.
- Provide excellent customer service, including experience cooking in front of guests.
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality.
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovation.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, and production management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
