Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at our Commissary Kitchen in Boston MA. This commissary kitchen distributes food to 5 corporate dining locations.
The Executive Chef 2 will report to the Sr. Executive Chef on site. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for managing day to day services. Other Duties include but not limited to:
- menu planning
- ordering
- inventory
- food and labor cost
- hands on cooking about 80% of the time
- deploy our corporate programs
- managing a team of up to 6 hourly employees
- leading, training and coaching staff
- working with Sodexo computer systems; FMS, Market Connections and Dynamify

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
